Review: I was surprised as well as my co-workers, that 16 oz is really small like a small jelly jar. Now I have to search for the lids; this odd size isn't easily available. Would of been nice if Serv-U sold the lids. Heavy glass; seems well made.

Review: Well worth the money. They are heavy duty and the handle makes them easy to hold onto, plus your hands won't get cold. Even though there were no lids with them ... one can use lids from commercial jars that work like they were made for them.

Review: I did not need the mugs before Christmas, but they came before anyway. One was broken in transit, and Servu said they would replace it. I believe them , but then again I haven't seen it yet. I'm a little nervous about pouring boiling water for tea into them, but so far so good. They work well for hot drinks from the microwave (instant coffee, tea, etc.)

Review: I bought these thinking of the old fashioned-style mason jar mugs my Grandmother use to have. These aren't it. They're cute but aren't really heavy-duty or properly sized for a man. My husband can't even use the handle.
