Double wall construction, insulated for 2" clearance rating and efficient operation.
Includes 500°F thermostat, 100% safety shut off, automatic standing pilot and brass top burner valves.
Oven has easy cleaning porcelain and aluminized lining with one nickel plated rack and 30,000 BTU oven burners.
Effecient 24,000 BTU 7" "star" pattern top burners.
3/4" Griddle plates, 20,000 and 36,000 BTU each 12" and 18" section respectively.
Radiant charbroilers with cast iron grates feature 25,000 and 40,000 BTU for each 12" and 18" section, respectively.
30 1/2"D x 58"H with highback.
Stainless steel high back with 11" plate shelf.
