- This collection is time-sensitive. These incentives may have funding caps and/or expiration dates.
- Not all incentives in this collection may be used by businesses and some require certain types of businesses.
- Some incentives in this collection apply ONLY to replacements or ONLY to retrofits or ONLY to new constructions and may require decommissioning of old equipment.
- Some incentives require that the project be pre-approved for funding BEFORE the purchase or installation of any efficiency measure. Some accept applications weeks or even months AFTER the fact.
- Some incentives allow end-user installation while others require professional installation.
- Some incentives require inspections (pre and/or post).
